REGISTRATION AND LOGIN
1. How do I register to shop.jadranka-trgovina.com?
To access the registration form as a natural person or a ‘guest’, click the WEBSHOP button on the website www.jadranka-trgovina.com. To successfully register you need to fill out all the fields marked with an asterisk. By registering you accept all Terms and Conditions of Jadranka trgovina d.o.o.
You will receive a message to the email address stated in the registration form. Open it and click on the link to activate your user account and confirm the registration.
From then on you will be able to access the WEBSHOP as a user by entering the email address and password you provided us upon registration.
2. What data should I enter when registering?
You should enter: name, surname ,phone number, e-mail address, password, town, postal code, street ans street number.
3. What to do if I have forgotten my password?
When you try to log in, select “Forgot your password?” Enter the e-mail address you registered with. Check your e-mail box where is the message from Jadranka trgovina. Clicking on the link in the message will take you to the password reset page. Enter a new password and confirm the password.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
1. How do I create an order?
Products are ordered electronically. By pressing the “ORDER” option, the selected product is added to the shopping cart.
After reviewing your order, make sure you are happy with your order. Then click “pay” and choose one of the payment methods.
After creating and confirming the order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received by e-mail with which you registered as a customer. The confirmation is generated automatically by the server and forwarded to the customer at the time of order confirmation.
2. How and when can I collect the ordered items?
Orders received by noon on a workday will be delivered the next workday between 9 am and 4 pm, and on Saturdays by 1 pm. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered the next Tuesday between 9 am and 4 pm.
Items ordered by noon on a workday can be collected at Maxi Market the next workday between 8 am and 8 pm. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays can be collected from the following Tuesday on.
3. Product price
Products are delivered at the prices valid on the order placement day, regardless of the selected delivery date.
The guide price of an order is our estimated price of your purchases on the collection or delivery day. The actual amount charged might differ a little from the order guide price and confirmation issued by Jadranka webshop.
Guide prices of the products sold loose are the prices of products such as meat, vegetables and fruit that are charged by weight, and not per piece. The price will be charged by the exact weight delivered.
4. Can I use the Hatch card when purchasing online?
When purchasing at our webshop, enter your Hatch card number and collect additional points.
5. Where do you deliver?

6. What if I am not satisfied with an item, for example if I have received damaged goods?
